Most developers use their full name as their username. This is a recommended practice because it makes it easier for recruiters to find you. Also it'll be indexed by search engines like Google.
If your full name is already taken, you can try adding a middle initial or a number to make it unique.
Usernames that don't make sense might leave a bad taste and look unprofesional, not only that, but your profile might be harder to find. So, make sure to pick a username that is easy to remember and professional.
Write a short bio with your main focus as a developer and special skills.
